I'm Certifiable!

As of yesterday, I'm an IBM Certified Instructor in ND7-System Administration and ND7-Application Development. This is in addition to my other certifications.

I like how IBM now sends your certificates as PDF files. It must save them a few dollars on postage.

Now...who want's to learn Lotus Notes & Domino 7?

A Call to Action...

Following Ed Brill's "Call to Action", I'm asking anyone who is still reading this blog to help...

Now, I have to admit, I can't contribute to the Red Cross right now (we're broke here in the Pridelands), but I'm doing the next best thing...contributing of myself. I made an appointment to donate blood (Saturday at 1PM EST). If you're like me and can't give your money (because you don't have any), give of your time. Head to http://www.givelife.org and find out how you can donate blood. It doesn't take that much time, and they give you juice and cookies...

Let's also keep 'em in our thoughts...

Does anyone want a Lotusphere 2002 staff shirt?

Size Large. Oh, and by the way, not mine...

In case you were wondering...

No, I did not get any sleep.... I turned off my alarm about one minute before it was scheduled to go off.

I still have no idea about Lotusphere...except that my hair will soon be coming off in clumps (and I don't have that much to begin with.)

Working today on classroom setups and get certified to teach N7D010 - The Power of IBM Lotus Notes/Domino 7.

in about 145 days....

I can't sleep...

It's about 2:50AM, and I'm having trouble sleeping. Why? Possibly because I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how I can get down to Lotusphere. I can't think of anything to present, so an abstract is out. I haven't formally asked the company I work for if I can go yet, but based on how they are doing as a company, I think that I'm going to get shut out for the second year in a row. I know I come back from the 'Sphere with more energy, and with more knowledge than I can get from any Google search out there. I also get to touch base with my friends out there (and people who don't know that I consider them my friends). I had a bad dream this morning that one of my co-workers were sent by my company and I wasn't. This time of year drives me nuts....

I'm going to try to sleep again...wish me luck!

Sorry everyone for being away...

I know I've been off everyone's radar for a while. I promise to make it up as best as I can.

As you can see, I'm not on Blogsphere right now...I'm using Blogger for the time being. I'm attempting to make some changes to my regular site, so this will have to do for now.

If you are following me by RSS, you're not seeing this unless you changed your feed. Please do so for the time being.

Sorry for the inconvenience...

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program.
